Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was not delivered at all

We do not accept returns for:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A full refund (based on availability)


Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

After verification, we will:

  • Reship your order, or

  • Issue a full refund


Refunds
